Summer Program

A comprehensive EOP Summer Program for our incoming first-year EOP students. All incoming first-year EOP students are required to attend and participate. Programming will include Math for College and Writing for College, daily skill-building workshops, and travel to community enrichment activities. EOP candidates may move into Perry Hall early, subject to the required documentation. All coursework, meals, supplies, and transportation assistance options are provided free of charge. Students must successfully complete the summer program to be accepted into EOP. This year's Program will be held July 11 - August 14, 2026.

EOP Summer Checklist

It is important to stay organized. This is the first step on a very important journey. The following checklist is provided to help you stay on track with your success as you begin your career with us in the summer program:

check box - Decorative Image Only Review and sign the Pre-College Summer Institute Program Guidelines. 
check box - Decorative Image Only Make an appointment to see a medical professional to obtain proof of immunizations.
check box - Decorative Image Only Make an appointment to see a medical professional to get a general student physical exam and to complete all required medical forms. Send these directly to Health Services before arriving on campus.
check box - Decorative Image Only Make a copy of the student’s health/medical insurance/ID card. Bring a picture or printed copy.
check box - Decorative Image Only Read the Residence Hall Handbook.
check box - Decorative Image Only Make travel plans; Arrival is Saturday, July 11, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

check box - Decorative Image Only Complete a New York State Certificate of Residence: If you are a NYS resident, you submit a COR request to your county of residence.  Visit our Certificate of Residence page for information.
check box - Decorative Image Only Health Insurance –Every Perry Hall resident must have current health insurance coverage. The College automatically enrolls you in SUNY CCC's student health insurance plan.  If you already have health insurance coverage, you must complete an online waiver request using this form.
